Our dough
Great pizza starts with great dough — and for us, it’s everything.
Our dough is crafted using Petra 3 flour, renowned for its rich flavour and higher fibre content compared to standard 00 flour.
We believe in simplicity and purity, using only four ingredients: flour, water, salt, and yeast. No sugar, no shortcuts. Our dough is fermented for at least 48 hours, resulting in a pizza that's light, airy, and easy to digest, with a flavour profile that delights from the very first bite.
