Piotsa, the Gaelic word for pizza, embodies more than just a dish; it represents a journey of passion, tradition, and culinary excellence.

 

At our restaurant, Piotsa symbolises the heart and soul of our craft—a celebration of the rich heritage of Neapolitan pizza

intertwined with the vibrant spirit of our Scottish roots.

Our dough

Great pizza starts with great dough — and for us, it’s everything.

 

Our dough is crafted using Petra 3 flour, renowned for its rich flavour and higher fibre content compared to standard 00 flour.

 

We believe in simplicity and purity, using only four ingredients: flour, water, salt, and yeast. No sugar, no shortcuts. Our dough is fermented for at least 48 hours, resulting in a pizza that's light, airy, and easy to digest, with a flavour profile that delights from the very first bite.

Want to make pizza like a Neapolitan? Perfect for beginners, food lovers, and kids aged 5+ you’ll stretch, top, and bake your own pizza — and of course, eat it too.

 

£25 per person • 1-2 hours

 

Available on demand, min group size 6, max 12.
